Super Full Moon

In astronomy and astrology a perigee or "supermoon" is a full or new moon that coincides with a close approach by the Moon to the Earth, by wikipedia.

The super full Moon of March 19th was the biggest and closest full Moon of the past 18 years,  lighting up the night sky from just 221,567 miles (356,577 kilometers) away. It might also be the most photographed full Moon.

Richard Nolle, source here, a noted astrologer who runs the website astropro.com, has famously termed the upcoming full moon at lunar perigee (the closest approach during its orbit) an "extreme supermoon."

When the moon goes super-extreme, Nolle says, chaos will ensue: Huge storms, earthquakes, volcanoes and other natural disasters can be expected to wreak havoc on Earth. (It should be noted that astrology is not a real science, but merely makes connections between astronomical and mystical events.)

Bee Week

Monday: I really hate Monday. I need to wakeup, thirty minutes earlier than the usual day. And I want to blame it to the garbage truck that always comes before the sun rises.

This afternoon I will bring my two daughters to the children's clinic to take their vaccines.

Tuesday: Usual Tuesday. Supermarket day.

Wednesday: PTA meeting. Actually, I don't want to attend this meeting. I know they will only explain the same explanation I heard last week.

Thursday: There will be a short program in the Nursery where my children attends.  My eldest, the graduating class, they will sing & dance. It's a half-day activity with parents.

Friday: My eldest will be having a excursion. So I need to prepare his lunch box and that only means the addition of my morning routine.

Saturday: Malling. It is a must, to bring my children outside. It includes malling.

Sunday: Hopefully, I can take my day-off.

Mommy

How do you define "mommy"?

Well for me mommy means busy. And mommy is Me.

Mommy needs to wakeup before the sun rises. Mommy prepares everything that her husband and children needed. Mommy needs to go to supermarket. Mommy also go to school to attend the PTA meeting. Mommy always accompany her children in every school activity. Mommy is the only one who will take her children to the hospital when needed. Mommy is always there to comfort her children. Mommy is also there to listen to her husband's most boring story.

Being a mommy is the most challenging job and the rewards are in satisfaction. It is very demanding and very rewarding.

A Jewish proverb says, "God could not be everywhere and therefore he made mothers."

I'm back, for good...

Been out for a while. So busy and wasn't able to sit and write.

Year 2010 is quite different from the past five years of my stay here in Japan. Last January, I find a part-time job, just four hours a day. It was fun and helps me get busy. On mid February I find out that I am pregnant to our 3rd baby. Happy and excited. But worried since I was working. I decided to stop to my part-time late July and decided to become a full time house-wife.

And now, I'm back here at blogspot. [^_^]

busy little mom

Happy new year...

I am a busy mom of January 01. I wake up early today, kahit puyat the previous night I still have the power to organize everything that my children messed up. I made an omochi breakfast for my husband and children. I clean the house, made my laundry wash the dishes... waaahhh so busy talaga!

At around 2 in the afternoon we went to the jinja (Japanese church) to say our prayer and thanks to the blessings that we had last year. And of course to ask for another blessings.

Today's busy day is not just today but for the whole coming year.
